I'm currently working Google Singapore. Prior to that, I worked in Department of Industrial Systems Engineering and Management (ISEM) at National University of Singapore (NUS) as a Research Assistant Professor. I did my PhD in Nanyang Technological University (NTU) under the supervision of Prof. Gao Cong. I was a member of Rapid-Rich Object Search Lab (ROSE) at Interdisciplinary Graduate School (IGS).

I worked in the Algorithm team, and my project was to filter spam items that are not suitable for recommendations.
I worked in the Base team with Dr. Sun Ke to build a Knowledge Graph based on structured data. My job was to eliminate the ambiguity of heterogeneous data. Another project is to detect burst events from query log to support the search engine.
I was recommended to teach an elective course "Programming Practice" open to all the undergraduate students.
I was a student coach for the ACM team’s teaching and organization work.
